Parts are shipped by the individual yards using their preferred carriers, which commonly include UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for large items. The carrier is displayed in your shipping confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the part's weight, dimensions, and distance from the supplying yard to your delivery address. Free shipping promotions may apply.
Currently, Auto Part Search ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Yes. During checkout you can enter a separate shipping address. This is useful if you want parts delivered directly to a repair shop.
Contact our support team with your order number and tracking information. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or full refund.
