Most parts are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery provided the part is unused, in its original condition, and the return is initiated before the warranty period expires.
Log into your account, go to your order history, and click "Return or Exchange". Follow the steps to generate a return label and ship the part back to the yard.
Once the yard confirms receipt and inspects the returned part, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
If the return is due to an error on our part or a warranty defect, return shipping is covered. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange availability depends on the yard's current inventory. Contact the supplier through your order page to discuss a direct exchange. Alternatively, return the part for a refund and place a new order.
