Local pickup availability depends on the specific yard supplying your part. Contact the supplier directly through your order details page to arrange a pickup if offered.
If a part arrives damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos. We will work with the yard to arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Each part is packaged by the supplying URG yard following best-practice guidelines for that part type — padded, boxed, and labelled with the correct handling instructions to prevent transit damage.
Yes. Once the yard ships your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
