GOLD WARRANTY ($1,732.50)

12 Months / 25,000 miles Extended Warranty– Gold This warranty shall protect against mechanical product failure due to defects of products that have less than 125k miles at the time of sale determined by Chaz’s Used Auto Parts and Towing Inc, and installed by an ASE certified mechanic chosen by the buyer and approved by the seller. In the event of breach of the foregoing warranty, Chaz’s, for a period of 12 months after the date of the original invoice or 25k miles from the odometer from the date of purchase, whichever ends first, will replace, repair or refund the purchase price of the defective part. This warranty will only apply to the first instance of a concern, damage, defect, or loss in any product and will not apply to any further instances of damage,defect, or loss in any such repair or replaced product(s). In NO event will Chaz’s Used Auto Parts and Towing Inc be held liable for any labor cost. Replacement parts will be in like kind and quality determined by Chaz’s.Chaz’s reserves the right to replace defective with equal to or greater than original miles. All warranties are only available to the original purchased part, if a replacement part is needed, a new warranty will be available for purchase. Original warranty, will be terminated at the time of replacement part delivered. This warranty is only available to the ORIGINAL purchaser, and original vehicle, mileage & invoice.

PLATINUM WARRANTY ($2,598.75)

18 Months / 50,000 Miles Extended Warranty– Platinum This warranty shall protect against mechanical product failure due to defects of products that have less than 125k miles at the time of sale determined by Chaz’s Used Auto Parts and Towing Inc, and installed by an ASE certified mechanic chosen by the buyer and approved by the seller. In the event of breach of the foregoing warranty, Chaz’s, for a period of 18 months after the date of the original invoice or 25k miles from the odometer from the date of purchase, whichever ends first, will replace, repair or refund the purchase price of the defective part. This warranty will only apply to the first instance of a concern, damage, defect, or loss in any product and will not apply to any further instances of damage,defect, or loss in any such repair or replaced product(s).
