Parts installed or handled improperly 11. Electrical parts and/or parts purchased for diagnostic testing Return freight arrangements and charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee paint condition at all. All returned part(s) must be authorized and bear our identifying markings. Engines & Transmissions must be left in vehicle until authorized to remove for warranty/return/exchange. Warranty claim must be done on all powertrain items. Claims for adjustments pertaining to body parts only, must be made at the time of delivery for local shops. Refunds will be issued according to the manner of original payment. Check refunds will be issued up to 10-days from the return of part(s). Cash refunds issued on same day only. All deposits are void and forfeited after 14 days unless specified otherwise on the receipt or notes. Approved refunds are subject up to a 35% restocking fee. All warranty issues must be documented and made aware of to us when issue is known, issues outside of warranty period is not covered. • There is no warranty on any parts used for any type of racing, off-road use, including engines and transmissions • We do not certify mileage on engines or transmissions • Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked blocks, head gaskets and excessive smoking. We do not guarantee against oil leaks. • Engine accessories left on the motor for convenience and are not guaranteed. • Engines and Cylinder heads have heat tabs installed on them. If the center of the heat tab is melted out or the heat tab is removed the guarantee and warranty is now void. • Engines and transmissions must be installed correctly per Alldata/Mitchell install procedures and documented of all procedures done on original repair order. Verbal is not excepted. Factory original fluid must be used when installing. TSB’s must be followed if any. Failure to install properly will void warranty. Certain engines must not be rotated backwards, if rotating backwards, warranty is voided. • No warranty is provided for problems arising from improper installation, faulty subsystems, or improper electrical connections and/or previous issues causing original failure. • The warranty does not apply if parts are damaged or taken apart by the customer or if motors and/or transmission are NOT installed by a registered repair facility. Except for this limited warranty, all used parts are sold “as is” with all faults. There are no other expresses or implied warranties. • Any refunds for damaged and/or repairs to the part will null and void all warranties on the part and will be as is on the item. • We do not warrant incorrect gear ratios. Gears should be inspected and verified correct prior to installing. • Cores must be returned in the same manner as received or core is not subject for refund. Engine/trans cores must be rebuildable.
